The service was very good and no waiting around a gentleman named Tariq served me and he was very helpful

Very professional and friendly service by David. Beneficial assistance and advice given in choice of bed which I am grateful for. Other products and options offered. And served with a mice cup of Hot Chocolate. My only criticism is that I needed the bed sooner so I wasn't very happy with the delivery date.

The sales person who attended to me was courteous, very knowledgeable about Dreams products and was very understanding to my needs.

Excellent service as usual. This is now the third purchase I have made from this Branch.

We visited the Perry Barr branch of Dreams today to get bedroom furniture for two of our rooms. We were served by Jay and David, who were most helpful and went above and beyond to meet our needs. Jay asked if we wanted tea or coffee multiple times and gave us all the help and advice we required. Both of them were very knowledge about the furniture in store and were able to answer all our questions. The store was due to close at 6 but both Jay and David stayed till 7 to complete our sale (that too on a Saturday evening!), making us feel very comfortable. We would like to thank them for all their help and would highly recommend the store for anyone looking to buy a bed.
