Good customer care with knowledgeable and helpful staff. We were shown a range of beds and mattresses and encouraged to try with a selection of pillows as well. Overall a very good experience.

The Dreams colleague, Joey, was excellent and made this experience very enjoyable. We were shown a selection of beds given some really useful advice as to the mattress we should buy. Our children were treated really well and were made to feel very welcome.

Absolutely fantastic service, the staff were very knowledgeable and the store seems a much more relaxing and comfortable atmosphere to be in compared to when I was here 6 months ago.

During my visit to Perry Barr shop i was treat very well and given every oppotunity to brows at my leasure. When i choose the bed i was interested in, Omar the assistant was very helpful in pointing out fot me how it would be delivered as that was very important to me. I was very impressed at the knowledge and proffessioal manor of Omar the assistant. I would highly recommend dreams to my freinds and family.
