Friendly and knowledgeable staff which encouraged us to spend double our intended budget to buy a Tempur mattress.

Tariq who was the person helping in the purchase was a great help as he explained the process in full giving all the vital information and him and the other workers were polite offering beverages and handling me and my mother with care and I definitely will come back to that store to buy my next bed.

The assistant made me feel comfortable when shopping. She had good knowledge of the product and was willing to ask instead of making up an answer. She was patient and helpful giving me all the time I needed to shop. The coffee was tasty! I ended up buying more than what I went in for and felt satisfied with my purchases.

On arrival wasn’t really sure of the type of bed just needed a bed. But after the intervention of David the store assistant this allayed all the fears. I didn’t know there was so much tech in choosing the right type of mattress, the various functions and the decision to be made. Mum needed a bed but it became clear this couldn’t be just any bed it had to be a bed to work for her in later years, it dawned on me this could well be the last bed purchased given her age, and the difficulties associated with pain and discomfort. David helped in shaping that choice, whilst it was more the anticipated it was well worth a visit and the decision made we were more than happy with. Great service, knowledge and understanding.
