Dreams - Perry Barr

Dreams store staff Joey and Sanj were very helpful and very knowledgable about the bed products I was interested in. I will go as far as to say it was because of these two members of staff that I made this purchase today. I have shopped at Dreams before and will continue to shop at Dreams and would recommend Dreams without hesitation.

I was impress as I walked through the door because it was opened for me by a female member of staff and we looked around and sat on a few beds then Joey at the store asked if he could help and we informed what we was after so then took us to the mattresses we are after. we found the mattress we both loved with the really good help from the staff. the staff were all really friendly and helpful from start to finish

On our visit to the store everyone greeted us with a friendly smile that made us feel relaxed. The staff was extremely helpful and polite and steered us into the right direction with there help and guidance I was able to make my purchase of I feel was the correct bed for our needs.

The assistant David made the experience straightforward and clearly understood quickly our requirements. He was efficient, friendly and one of those rare I will actually remember for providing excellent customer service. He is a credit to your company.

Staff member approached me in a friendly manner and asked what I was looking for then showed me an ottoman bed. Once I had decided what I wanted he quickly dealt with the sale as he knew i was short on time. He was friendly informative and gave me sound advice on purchasing the warranty which I did. Overall a very good customer experience from start to finish. Just looking forward now for my bed to be delivered and asembled by Dreams.

On arrival Dreams the staff were very friendly and welcoming, i was approached by a warm greeting and not pounced on like other stores. The manager came over and introduced himself and made us feel comfortable we were offered drinks and made us feel at home. The staff had vast amounts of knowledge around the beds and mattresses for my needs as buying for my disabled dad. There was no pushy sales techniques which i found everywhere else.
