Dreams - Perry Barr

Me and my mom both went into the Perry Barr store just to browse what beds they had on display as we were looking for one for a while now. David was quick to help and tailored exactly to our needs he had us try various different mattresses to make sure we were comfortable with what we were buying. I also explained that I suffered from a bad back and he recommended a memory foam and spring combined mattress which felt very comfortable. David also took into account our budget that we had in mind to spend and in fact went out of his way to arrange suitable prices for us, which I thought was very kind and brilliant customer service. Whilst sorting all this out we were offered tea and coffee and felt very relaxed. We also ended up buying two memory foam pillows with our purchase as David pointed out they were currently on half price and would complete the bed. David also gave us a free King size mattress protector with our purchase which was another commendable point in customer service. Me and mom were both extremely happy with our purchase and will defiantly be recommending Dreams to family and friends in the future.

Joey was a great help assisting me on my purchase. He offered me a hot drink and nothing was to much trouble I experienced excellent customer service. I would use dreams again and recommend.

Got my answers questioned and got to see I wanted to see online, in store.

When we enter in the store, one of staff member came n greet us like family, asked for Tea & coffee then asked about our need n allocated an experience staff member David with us for help... I personally checked so many mattresses n thought if there is some one else definitely will be annoyed but David was very good n happy to show me all variety with smile on his face all that time.

We were assisted by Stacey who did not put us under any pressure and gave us plenary of time to make our choice. She showed lots of patience and excellent product knowledge and appreciated how important it was to make the right decisions. We were given a choice of dates and only had to wait a couple of weeks for delivery.

Stacey was very attentive, personable and helpful from the get go. We felt no pressure and she was aware enough to let myself and my husband chat alone about the products and then magically reappear when we needed her! We were offered warm drinks which was most welcome. I feel confident to recommend Dreams and specifically the Perry Barr branch to family and friends.

Joey was extremely friendly and helpful.

In the main the member of staff at Dreams Perry Barr (Sarah) was great, she asked all the right questions, great product knowledge, understood our requirements, and generally a good sales person, (we went into store for a look and came out £1800 lighter). well done-
