The assistant seemed to be able to recommend just the right mattress we needed. Very friendly, not pushy offerred us a coffee and went through the order discussing 40 day piece of mind re changing it and protection plan which was really useful and reassurring

Assisted by Joey Singh - he was helpful without being overbearing which was a good approach. He was able to advise and offer options when needed whilst giving enough soace for use to consider the best option for our need.

I was Highly Satisfied with my experience at dreams because the service that 'David' gave was second to none. He was most helpful, polite, knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble when I kept asking him questions about your products and services. The store was convenient, well lit, spacious, had a variety of beds erg. Mostly the salesman Josoph was attentive, patient, pleasant, full of good humour, understanding of our needs. Offered us coffee/drinks, made it, more than one cup. My wife loved that. Joseph tried to please, even saved us a few pounds where he could. We ended up buying 2 beds although we only went to buy 1; bought a 2nd for our son. Dreams price are high but we felt the quality very high, so time will tell if our choice was right. But very pleased with the service.

Tariq greeted us with a smile. He listened to our needs and accompanied us around the store giving advise and guidance. He was not pushy at all. A very pleasant man to do business with. My Auntie was very impressed wit the free drink ! Delivery arranged to suit ourselves and Tariq advised this could be changed if necessary. He gave us his contact details.

Prompt attention very friendly service and Stacey who served me was polite and knowledgeable. Also offered me a coffee.

The assistant at dreams store Stacy was excellent in providing customer service and helping us choose the the mattress we wanted. She offered us coffee twice first time when we went in the store and after choosing our mattress at the time of purchase.
