Dreams - Perry Barr

Having looked on the website I decided to visit the store before ordering. When I entered the store I was greeted by Stacey and after I told her about my difficulties in finding the store (sat nav!!!) was immediately offered tea to coffee. After chatting with Stacey she understood my requirements and then took me to see the beds that she thought would suit my needs. Stacey was extremely knowledgable about the stock in store and how it would suit me. It didn’t take that long before I found the one!!!!!! This was my first time purchasing from dreams but would definitely use them in the future.

I visited before and was happy on this occasion as there was a price reduction on the bed. Sales advisor was very helpful and to the point. Very satisfied...

The level of assistance, the product knowledge. I wasn't pressured into buying. I was allowed to test the product on a bed to see if the pillow suited my purpose. Overall I was very satisfied with this experience,

Sanj the store manager and assistant manager were very helpful and pleasent. The store was very nice and tidy too. We got a nice hot cup of Americano. The staff were a happy bunch and we were not pressured into any sales. We will send all our family and friends to see you guys at Perry Barr store. Thank you once again :)

My husband & I were looking for a mattress but not with the intention of purchasing one today. We met David (Assistant Manager) who was very friendly and knowledgeable and assisted very well indeed in finding a mattress we liked. Sanjay, the Manager, explained everything we needed to know and offered us refreshments. We would like to say that the space provided between your bed displays in your premises was perfect and allowed my husband easy access in his wheelchair, thank you.

The sales assistant Tariq, at the perry barr store was very helpful to me as I am a first time buyer of a bed and frame he helped me understand the finance which made me happy as I could afford more products I needed instead of just buying a cheap mattress I could afford a frame and pillows amd a duvet as well.

Good service

Whilst we were being looked after by your very knowledgable & polite employee David one of his female colleagues came over and tried to call him away which I though was rude !!! And made my father feel as he was invisible & unimportant as a customer ! But to your employees credit he said firmly & politely to his female colleague that he dealing with a customer and she needs to ask another colleague who was free to assist with a query she had on the computer
