From moment stepped in staff were very friendly and very helpful. The member of staff who served us (David) was as said very interested in ensuring we knew all about the products we asked about. What made it a pleasant visit was another member off staff ensuring my 78yr old mum was okay as it rather hot outside, please pass on my thanks to David.

The attendant was informative. he was knowledgeable and confident about the product

Jay, the Sales Assistant, and Sanj, the Store Manager, assisted is with the questions we had and worked together to provide a relaxed and assured delivery, from our initial interest to the completion of sale. We were quite impressed with the ease of the sale and were very appreciative of non-pressure approach to our deliberation and final decision to making our Tempur purchase. Customer service was great. Was provided with great information regarding the product, and the sales assistant was extremely understanding regarding my budget. All questions were answered, and the sales assistant seemed knowledgable regarding the products. The sales assistant also threw in free pillows which is always nice!!

I was looking for a specific type of mattress and bed and Tariq was very patient and allowed as much time as I needed to test out different mattresses within my budget. I loved the design of my bed and thought I would not be able to afford it but Tariq helped me to work out repayments to suit me. I was not pressured or hassled with sales lines and was allowed to take as much time as needed to make my decision.

The sales assistant was competent enough to answer/my qurries and was able to deal with them.At no point he tried to pressurise me into a successful sale and yet he was confident enough to make the sale.

Very speedy and attentive service

we were greeted with a warm and friendly welcome, and were shown all the available products from soft to hard mattress along with different pillows and was invited to try them out. plus we were offered coffee upon our arrival .
