The staff were very helpful and I was able to purchase the product I wanted as well as having additional items recommended.

Our store assistant (Tariq) was very helpful and knowledgeable. We entered the store knowing very little about mattresses and left feeling confident that our purchase was the right one for our needs. Time was taken to clearly explain the differences between mattresses which helped us to make an informed decision.

Sanj store manager helped us to exchange our bed and we went onto paying more for the right mattress as the previous bed was not the right comfort. Very helpful and friendly Manager who looked after all our needs with a smile and cup of coffee first thing. Very happy and satisfied with our purchases and outstanding customer service.

I was greeted by David who was friendly, efficient and professional throughout my visit to Dreams at Perry Barr. I thought I had an idea about the products I wanted to buy and when my husband arrived David encouraged us to try out the mattresses as my husband has got a bad back and wanted a firm mattress. I’m glad we tried them because we decided to buy a slightly firmer mattress than we had previously thought we wanted. David was very helpful and guided us through the whole purchasing process with professional ease. We also bought a single divan for our daughter whilst there and some pillows. It was a very positive shopping experience and we will be recommending Dreams at Perry Barr to our friends and family. Thanks David for guiding us to the right choice for us.

I was not sure type of bed and mattress needed and assistant was very very helpful and did not push for me to the most expensive product. I was guided and left to make my own decision about product I had been shown best for my needs

I am very happy with my experience at Dreams .Staff are courteous, Customers are offered tea , coffee or water which is lovely. Staff are approachable & the shop is easy to manoeuvre around as came into store with a twin pushchair.The product I purchased was suited to my needs and budget. So again excellent customer service.Dreams have staff who listen and take care of their customers. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
