Sales assistant was so pleasant,explained what I was looking for ,she knew immediately what to show me ,showed good knowledge on make up of mattress,fillings etc ,measured base and mattress height for me,fetched pillows for me to lie on bed,was really very,very helpful.

Nicolas the sales lady was excellent she had good knowledge and was not overly pushy. She gave information and gave us time. Customer service so far was excellent. Delivery is a few weeks away so hopefully no problems occur.

Personal attention from Sanjeev, who spent time explaining our options and did not rush us to a decision.

Very happy with the service received, when it was not my intention to purchase anything when I walked through the doors as I was just browsing.

The assistant was friendly and assisted us as soon as we arrived at the store. He showed us the different mattresses there were and what was most suitable for us which where in return I could make an informed decision.

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by David who was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He paid attention to the type of bed and mattress we wanted and helped us choose the one that client matched our specifications.

The customer service was very good and helpful as we weren't sure which bed to go for but the help we recieved froma gentleman named David was excellent he was very friendly and patient with us which is exactly what we needed we will definitely be going there again in future when and if we need more beds.

When I came to the store , I was welcomed by David. I have received an excellent costumer service . I would definitely recommend the excellent costumer service I have received from David .
