Friendliness of staff and their knowledge on the various products. Ability to try out various beds and mattresses unhindered. No pressure exerted to select any particular product. Staff listened to customer needs and spent time to answer all queries.

Great service again from Jeff at the store, very helpful & his recommendations again were on point. I will highly recommend anyone looking for a bed visit the Oxford store and speak with not only Jeff but the rest of the team too as very helpful. We both felt like we spent the right amount of time searching for the spare bedroom Mattress for my partners occasional sleeping when I snore the house down and for guest. As to it being important that the mattress we purchases was not to dissimilar to our main mattress purchased from Jeff back in Jan 18. Anyway the team & Jeff really make us feel valued and welcome and I wish that you let them know from us that we will only buy from Dream Oxford in the future.

The lady who served us was great! Fast delivery and really overall great service. I will say you have a great selection of beds however the one we wanted wasn’t in store so as a suggestion fit may be a good idea to get a selection of headboard options or to have large photos on the wall near section. :)

We were approached by St Clair on entering the store, he listened to our requirements and couldn't do enough for us. We were well looked after.

The sales assistant Mr haroon at dreams botley road was great no hassle in and out.

St.Clair, the shop assistant in the Oxford store was very knowledgeable. Every question I asked he answered without hesitation, which made me feel that he was not given me false information. He was also very accommodating, friendly, he made me feel at ease and he did not push me into making a purchase.
