The store had a variety of product available to try the advisor listened to my needs and recommended a few options and was very helpful

From start to finish a very positive experience. Colour coding of the beds was very clear and Cassidy was very helpful. I narrowed down the options quickly and was able to choose an excellent mattress with a good discount and quick, free delivery.

Jeff was very friendly and took time to understand my requirements. He was able to direct me so that I only need to try three beds to find the right matress for me. I was very surprised and pleased to be offered a cup of tea as I shopped! I had never bought a mattress before, so was a bit apprehensive, but Jeff put me at my ease and made it very straightforward.

We went late on Friday after work was given some qotes and showed some beds that suited our needs but we still needed time to think the sales adviser was very understanding and helpful and we came back sat afternoon and purchased 2 beds and a mattress he remembered every think we asked for and answered all questions very please with service we received
