Very friendly and helpful staff

I first telephoned Dreams at Seacourt Towers Oxford and spoke to a gentleman called St Claire. He was extremely courteous and immediately made me feel that I would be looked after in making a big financial commitment in buying a new bed. When I arrived at the store he was busy with another customer but he had remembered our telephone conversation and took the time to just come over and introduce himself. It made me feel as though my custom was important. I was offered a hot drink while I waited for him. To be honest it was his attention to detail and general attitude that encouraged me to buy from Dreams today. He is a real asset to your company.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Have dealt with Dreams before to purchase a mattress and this visit to the same store in Oxford did not disappoint.

I am highly satisfied because: 1. the website is well built so I could get an idea of what I needed before visiting the store 2. the staff (Mr. St Clair in Oxford store) was very friendly and professional: welcomed me into the store; offered me a drink and showed himself available to guide me, advise me about the product I wanted and allowed me to try it before we sat down to complete the purchase. 3. Despite the fact I had made an appointment online for 11am, I made it to the store 1h earlier and the staff did not refuse to assist me. 4. The product seems to be of a very good quality. 5. The delivery date is not bad at all. (I mean the lenght of waiting)

The salesman was very helpful, friendly and gave me as much assistance as I needed. The delivery driver was the same. Top marks for all concerned. Thank you

Friendly and knowledgable staff. Good selection of products available.

The store assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable without being in any way pushy. The store was light, warm and clean with plenty of space to walk around. We were offered pillows to use which we accepted. We also accepted a very nice cup of tea which we enjoyed as we tried quite a few beds. We were happy with the guarantee which was reassuring when spending so much money. We would happily recommend dreams to friends and hope that we use the store again soon.

The assistant took us through our options, helped us to try each mattress, answered each question honestly and openly, helped eliminate options and through all this was not too pushy. We felt we were in control but he was there to help if needed.

St Clair was very helpful and answered all my questions. He advised us and directed us to the best matress for us. Really enjoy the hot chocolate's and our complimentary pillows. Thank you
