Jeff the store manager: very well informed, sensitive to our particular needs, courteous, patient, thorough. Haroon: initial assistant before Jeff gave more specific advice. Courteous. Patient. Kind. St Clair: added extra helpful information. Kind manner.

Nicely presented shop, easy to access with carefully laid our examples. Easy to talk to sales rep with no push whatsoever. Offered tea and coffee, very hospitable.

Great customer service skills shown by Haroon ..His product knowledge was excellent he answer all my questions , he find me the bed I was looking for in my budget .

Jeff (I think?) was very helpful and knowledgeable. I didn't have long, knew what I was looking for and don't like shopping or being sold at at the best of times (!!) - he appreciated this very quickly and with good humour and was able to point me at exactly what I wanted within a couple of minutes whilst also being likeable and friendly! A positive, highly efficient sales experience. If only all shopping could be like this :) Thanks.

st Clair at the sea court tower retail park store was so nice, very kind and helpful to my wife and I. He was very knowledgable and was helpful whilst giving us space and time to decide on our purchases that day.

We were looking for a new mattress, the assistant (St Clair) was wonderfully helpful and knowledgable. St Clair walked us through the options asking key questions to help with this process. He took time to understand our needs and guided us to the perfect mattress. We were able to try various mattresses to understand the different types available and at every step St Clair was able to explain their benefits. We ere impressed with the store, it was clean and we were quickly asked if we needed help with our visit. We were even offered a drink whilst we decided and were guided through the purchase process making the whole experience easy and stress free. Thank you to the Botley store, Oxford for a great experience and especially to St Clair for his wonderful customer service..... 5 star all the way !!!
