Excellent knowledgeable staff, not pushy, allowed us to ask questions, very well looked after.

We were served by Haroon (ASM) who was a really pleasant and helpful guy. He was very knowledgeable and talked to both my wife and myself during our time with him { sometimes Sales people to to focus on just one person } It made a refreshing change to speak to someone who presented a genuine desire to make sure that any decision we made was after physically trying products and having time to ask questions that we had. To be honest, I was surprised to see that he was the Assistant Manager and not the Store Manager .... I believe his is a credit to your Business and we wish him all the best for the future. St Clair the assistant that helped us was very friendly and helpful. He was also very knowledgeable and offered us excellent advice on the bed and mattress we were looking at.

From the moment we arrived until we left having placed and order we were very satisfied. Jeff served us and could not have been more helpful. Only wish we could have had our order sooner and wish the headboard was in Stock.

The whole experience was stress and hassle free. The member of staff took the time to fully understand what I was looking for and offered me products that suited my needs. They did not try to "sell" me products that I didn't need. The staff member took the time to fully explain the products that I was purchasing and the sales process. He was extremely friendly and polite. I didn't want my bed delivered until the end of June so I was pleased that I could complete my purchase on the day and that I could then chose a delivery date that suited me. Overall I was extremely impressed with the service I received and would highly recommend Dreams to others.

I have to say from the welcome to the if you have any queries about time slot for your delivery on leaving I could not fault St.Clare George, a real gentleman with an infectious laugh and a will to serve that was second to none. At no time did we feel any pressure or push into buying.

Jeff asked us if we would like some help, he was helpful and asked us what our needs were, used the special sleep analysis machine, then showed us the beds in that specification. He allowed us a good amount of time to try out the mattresses and gave us pillows to use, which we also bought.
