We were quite specific in what we were looking for and the assistant was most helpful, knowledgeable & friendly. We found what we wanted fairly quickly & made our order. The delivery date we were offered was much sooner than we expected.

The lady who attended to us was amazing! I don’t think she could’ve done more to help us. Her knowledge was vast and she spent time getting to know myself, my partner and getting to know our preferences.

My pardner and i up on arrival was greeted at the door by a assistant and ask if it was our frist time visiting this dreams store and how could he help. I explained what i wanted and after he introduce my pardner us to the sleepmatch which was very helpful with the mattress we pick. We just want to say thanks to George St claire for all his help, he was very courteous in assisting us time we were in the store.

St Clair was extremely helpful, even to remembering which bed I had liked on my previous visit.

We went to several stores to replace our bed a couple of months ago and then talked about the beds and the timing of replacing it. When we visited the store for only the second time we were treated by St Clair and as I explained that we were looking for a replacement he was able to tell us exactly which beds we tried out last time. He then asked if we would like a drink before he would leave us to try the one we liked last time and talk it over. He was very knowledgeable and was able to explain the differences between out last purchase with you and the one we liked. He was friendly, very approachable and an asset to your company

The service we received from Jeff was second to none, he was great with our children and really helped us to get what we really wanted!

After having a bad experience last time I purchased a bed and other items from Dreams I was pleasantly surprised at the difference this time, friendly staff and atmosphere helped a lot to.

Highly satisfied with the service that St Clair had given us. He was very thorough with questions and met every need we had. And had every answer to all questions.
