We went into the Oxford store and the gentleman couldn’t have. Even more helpful. The lying down on the bed to assess what bed we were best suited to was a fun experience. Thank you. The bed arrives in a few weeks.

Best experience buying any kind of furniture. The staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgable with being pestering sales staff. Would highly recommend to anyone. Buying a bed seems such a chore but I honestly didn’t feel like that. I was offered a coffee and had time to make an informed decision. Can’t wait for my new bed to arrive. The sales staff really were the best I have come across.

The person who helped us was knowledgeable sensible listened to what we wanted and came up with the solution quickly and easily. It was close to the end of the working day but she was unhurried and businesslike. It was an impressive bit of service

We loved the assistance of Mr St Clair who directed us to the perfect mattress for us.

I called initially in the morning and spoke to st. Clair he was great. I said I would pop in in the afternoon to try out a mattress etc. He recalled our conversation when I arrived, was on point, asked all the right questions, was patient (I had my energetic 6yr old daughter) who was only interested in the bunk beds. He was great.
