WE GAVE THE MANAGE ST CLAIR THE MAKE OF OUR CURRENT MATRESS AND HE WAS ABLE TO ADVISE US OF THE CURRENT MATRESS WHICH WOULD BE HE SAME AS OUR EXISTING MATRESS. HE THEN ALLOWED S TO TRY THE MATRESS AND SUGGESTED WE THRY TWO OTHERS SO WE HAD A COMPARISON HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND WE FELT WE COULD TRUST HIM

We were given every opportunity to try out as many bed types as we wanted and were given knowledgeable answers to our questions.

The staff at the store in Oxford were very helpful with our purchase. Paulina, although she was new, she was very attentive to our needs and made helpful suggestions. She also gave us free pillows included in our order, which I thought was wonderful!

As we walk into the store we were welcomed and the service was just amazing from the start to finish, we didn’t get pressured into anything we were not comfortable with, it was a good experience buying a good mattress for the first time. I would highly recommend dreams to go to find your perfect Mattress. Having all the amazing equipment there it was so great to find the perfect Mattress to suit our body type.

Jeff the store manager at Dreams Oxford was fantastic. So attentive despite having loads of customers in the store at the same time. We entered the store without having a clue what we were looking for (apart from a mattress of course!) but Jeff soon helped us with the sleep machine & focused us on the right product for us.

Good quick service and good product knowledge

I came into the store looking for a cool pillow and was helped by the manager in choosing the best one for my needs. I have answered the questions neither satisfied or satisfied as no order was placed, I was able to take the pillow away with me.

St Clair provided fantastic service. I had been to a couple of other shops earlier, and felt pressured by the sales staff. St Clair took time to listen, showed me my options and understood when I said I wanted to return the next day. I arrived before the store opened, but he called me in and gave me coffee! Then used the magic bed which confirmed my earlier choices. St Clair was incredibly respectful that this was a big decision and left me to consider, while still keeping an eye out for when I needed him back. At no point did I have to wait for him, he was completely focused on me whilst still giving me space. I felt supported rather than pressurised to make a purchase, and am SO pleased that he was the representative who looked after me.

The assistant manager helped us, very friendly, very knowledgable. While we were looking and discussing payment the store manage took the time to entertain our 2 young children, showing them beds and talking to them about school etc so that we could concentrate, all the store staff were very friendly
