The assistant was great and didn’t hassle us, he knew when to come and speak to us and when to just back off and leave me and my partner too it. He never pushed the sale, which normally makes me walk away. In the end we spent £600 the most expensive of the 3 mattress we looked at.

Paulina was very understanding of our needs and directed us to try the new dreams diagnosis to see what bed we were suited for. She process the order very quickly and was very fluent in what she was doing

The store manager welcomed us into the store and took the time to really find out our needs. We did the paperwork with George St.Clair And he treated us with respect and really took his time to get everything just right. Customer service was spot on. We have yet to take delivery of our bed.

Jeff, the store manager in Oxford, took us through the process of choosing our new mattress. His friendly and knowledgeable assistance helped us choose a mattress which suited us the best. We went in thinking we wanted a firm mattress, left with our eyes opened and with a medium mattress which supported us much better. The sleep match service was an absolute revelation and we're so glad we chose Dreams for our new mattress!

The staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable taking into account what we needed and could afford. And we loved the technology used to find a bed. It made the experience more fun.

The chap in store helped us with all our questions from start to finish, his product knowledge was excellent and he wasn’t too intrusive or pushy and let us have a good wander round before we came to a decision and bought a bed and mattress from him. He also made us both a brew which is always a winner!

It was a good experience as the staff gave us knowledge and helped us find mattresses that suited us. They were focused on us finding the right mattress rather than trying to sell a more expensive mattress. I have been to Bensons previously where they made it far too complicated so we enjoyed the ease of going into dreams.
