The welcome and greeting was friendly. The questions were direct. The staff member was attentive and explained the process very clearly. After the bed assessment I was shown the mattresses that matched the assessment. There was no pressure selling, no rushing to make a decision. The assistant was helpful, explained everything clearly. A very satisfactory visit.

Our assistant, Pauline, was both knowledgeable about the Dreams product range and very helpful. She was very pleasant - sometimes it's not so much what you buy but how you buy it that makes all the difference, and that's one big reason why we bought on the spot from Dreams rather than another company we visited earlier that week - even though the Dreams bed was more expensive.

We needed some information regarding suitability of the items we purchased. Your salesman was knowledgable, friendly and very professional throughout. We went for a more expensive choice than initially we had thought about, we decided this without any pressure but based partly on his information that he gave us and partly on trying the items themselves.

We started trying beds at random. Then after some in store advice. We used your new Sleep System which gave us the best beds for us to try. After trying the beds best suited to us we purchased an ex display model that was discontinued and suited our needs perfectly.

I was highly satisfied because the customer service was really good and the store manager Jeff helped us out a lot and offered us some drinks as well as giving us high detail about what we purchased to make sure it was right for us
