The store was quiet so we had individual and uninterrupted attention. The assistant was patient with us as we were not sure what we wanted. She was pleasant, knowledgeable and friendly putting us at our ease.She explained all our options and was not 'pushy'in any way.Once we had decided she went through the paperwork efficiently and quickly.A very happy experience all round.

The store manager was very friendly and helpful listening to my aged mothers needs, also very aware of high much my mother was willing to pay. There was no pressure put on her to buy a dearer mattress. The manager also took great care to know what was required when delivering the mattress as she lives on own and would need the delivery men to assist as much as possible.

Friendly staff member guided us through the process of choosing mattresses, explaining the options and gave us time and and space to try different ones out and to come to a decision. Process felt relaxed and non-pressured, and we were given free coffee!

St Clair was yet again a complete legend. We have bought a couple of beds from him now and his knowledge of the products and how people interact with them is nothing short of genius. Also, what a guy. I could sit and listen to that guy for hours. He absolutely has the right coffee mug - the superman logo.

The assistant was knowledgeable and attentive. The sleep analysis was useful and interesting and well conducted. I am keen to get my new bed and to have 40 days to make up my mind about the mattress.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and patient.Paulina recommended that we had our needs read by the special bed that is in store and that was very efficient,we were asked if we would like coffe ,also was allowed to use the bathroom which was a change as not many shops allow this .The manager of the store was really respectful to his staff and his staff were very pleasant and friendly . I believe that you get good service if you have a really good team in store and this team were excellent .
