As never having bought a bed/mattress before we were not really sure what products were best. However the staff were extremely helpful and asked us questions on what we were looking for and what we needed. After such brilliant service we came away with a new bed, mattress and pillows. Very happy customers.

I was assisted by your manager Jeff, he was very attentive and gave me lots of choices and lots of information about the type of mattress I needed. He was very friendly, very knowledgable about his products and spent a lot of time with me , made me feel special. I can say I enjoyed the whole experience. I will recommend your shop and I am looking forward to my mattress arriving.

I was offered help immediately by a very friendly assistant, who took me straight to the technology that helps select the right mattress, and he showed me the shortlisted mattresses and had good knowledge of both the products and Dreams’ mattress recycling process.

The salesperson immediately identifyed what we needed and presented us with a useful range of products

I was in with my daughter who bought a bed.. and I ended up buying one also.. I was very interested in how your machine knew what mattress I needed and was so surprised. Great customer service from Haroon he helped me with getting me the right mattress and then the bed itself .. a lovely lady made us tea and made me feel very comfortable while trying out the beds and making my decision easy.. great customer service

St.Clair was well informed and very helpful

I decided to buy mainly because St Clair was knowledgeable but not pushy, just helpful.

We visited the store to look around in early Dec. We then returned on Boxing Day to order our bed. Haroon remembered us, and came to help again. It was nice not to have to go through everything a second time, as he remembered our earlier discussion etc.
