St Clair the lovely man that served us in the Oxford branch was just delightful. He was so funny and friendly. Not a pushy sales person just very professional. It was nice to walk in a shop and not feel pressured. He is a credit to that store.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff, listened to me then gave advice, used bed technology to see what the correct mattress was required, order placed quickly and delivery booked on a convenient date, once delivered bed erected satisfactory, all round good service.

We knew exactly what we were looking for (ottoman bed frame without mattress) but didn't spot it without sales person assistance. There was only a choice of 3 models which was surprising considering the popularity of ottoman beds these days.

Te assistant Paulina greeted us warmly as we entered and immediately answered our questions and then advised us to use the test bed. After doing this, she let us test two of the mattresses in the store and was very helpful and showed expert knowledge. Within a short time we had selected the right mattress and then purchased it. The whole procedure was very effcieint and pleasant.
