Our host at Dreams, Paulina, was outstanding! She was so understanding of my wife's requirements. She took a great deal of time helping her through the process. May I explain that my wife has Multiple Sclerosis and has a great deal of difficulty with mobility. Paulina was a perfect host and explained everything clearly.

Customer services was excellent, got seen straight away and were very helpful with any questions about buying a new bed and mattress

The members of staff were very helpful and showed me around. Even though it was late in the evening that I visited, they didn’t rush through and ensured I got what I was looking for within a specific price range
