Staff member helpful in choosing item and i was able to take it away with me

Very friendly and helpful staff. It took us some time to choose the mattress first, then the bed frame, but no one rushed us. After a dreams new technology test we were pointed to mattresses that will suit us the most. We tried many of them couple times until we decide, still no rushing. Overall great experience and wonderful customer service from Mr St. Clair in Oxford branch. Thank you again for helping us!

Customer service was very good. We were shown a number of options to cater for our needs and at no point did we feel pressured by staff. Staff took time to explain differences in a clear manner.

The store assistant was excellent he listened to our needs and took time to explain everything. He was also very nice and polite.
