Dreams - Oxford

I popped into Dreams at Botley with my son to look at bed frames although my purpose of going to Botley had not actually been to make a bed purchase - we were there to go to Decathlon but thought we would have a quick look at beds whilst there as my son is getting his bedroom re decorated. We were greeted my a very friendly and helpful sales assistant who having enquired with my son what sort of bed frame he was interested in took us to the perfect bed which both my son and I liked so we decided to make the purchase then and there. We were very pleased with the efficient and quick service and would highly recommend.

The whole process was very thorough but also very comfortable. Robert's expert knowledge, guidance around the store and the various options demonstrated was exceptional. The technology in the store used to determine what was the best mattress for both of us was very impressive. Great products and great service. Thank You.

We received really valuable advice on the available mattresses, we were given plenty of time to try the different mattresses all the time being aided by the sales representative. The trial period, additional products, delivery and collection were all explained thoroughly

A good selection of mattresses and good clear friendly advice by Jeff who assisted us in our choice. Overall all a very pleasant buying experience(as much as buying a mattress can be).
