Having had a less than satisfactory experience nearby at Bensons, we found Dreams to be the polar opposite. St Clair, your colleague, was helpful, knowledgeable sociable and conscientious. Our purchase was fast but unrushed, uncomplicated, within budget and exactly what we wanted. All the additional options re: extras and insurance cover we're explained in full but without pressure.

The assistant (St. Clair) was very informative and friendly and helped us make an unusually quick decision about buying a mattress. We also really liked the scanning machine!

Great experience choosing our new bed today. We felt the staff cared for our COVID safety very well we were able to try out the beds as usual. The order process was both swift and easy to complete Thankyou
