Very helpful, patient, friendly colleague. He remembered me from a phone call a few weeks ago, had good knowledge of the range of products and was able to explain how the mattresses work to provide comfort and support. My 91 year old mother said he was ‘wonderful’.

Everything from start to finish was of the highest standard. Staff member was high professional, knowledgeable and helpful. The technology in store was great and helped find the right product quick and easy.
