I went into the Oxford store to order a mattress and very soon decided on the one I wanted. The staff were friendly and helpful and the order was placed with no problems whatever.

Jeff at Oxford really friendly and helpful. Never rushed us and took time listening to us about our needs from start to finish. There definitely was no pressure and he really gave us an opportunity for a informed choice.
