We arrived in store having no idea what we needed or what options we had and only knew that we wanted a big bed. The sales assistant St Clair took time to talk to us, find out what we needed and showed us options. We used the dreams machine (can’t remember it’s name) to determine the type of mattress suited us. We tried a few out of the options the machine recommended and St Clair explained the type of mattresses and the differences. St Clair was patient with us - we had our 2 toddlers with us too and he was really good with them. He showed us around the store, pointed out the recommended ones and we tried them out. All our questions were answered. We chose our mattress and then decided on the frame we wanted. I was very happy with our choices and now know a lot more about the types of beds and mattresses that exist. Thankyou St Clair - you have very happy customers and we can’t wait for our bed.
