We were assisted by Haroon (302) from arrival until leaving and he was very courteous, helpful, informative, friendly and efficient in taking our order. We came in to look at possible mattresses and came out with a £600 mattress and 6 pillows! Job done!

Greeted as soon as we arrived at the store, asked what we were looking for then offered to try the sleep analysis bed. The assistant then asked if we had a budget then took us to the suggested bed which we found great. We then proceeded to buy the mattress, great service.

I checked product range online so knew what I was looking for. I was helped by St Clair who was very helpful and placed my order. Only problem was I was hoping to either take the item home with me on the day or get delivery rather sooner, instead of a month away. I thought smaller items such as headboards might be available in store.
