On entry to the store a member of staff greeted us - St Clair. He was very polite and asked what I was looking for. He respectfully maintained a distance and directed me around the store. After a few minutes he approached again and talked me through the items I was looking for, what was available and the range of colours and materials. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and then left me to think it over, no pressure, no overselling. Great customer service! I bought the headboard I wanted in the end!

The gentleman in Oxford was called St Clair. He explained the procedure regarding cleaning the mattresses due to covid and advised why he couldn’t offer a hot drink, but did offer a bottle of water. He explained how the Sleepmatch worked and then showed me the results on the screen, all whilst social distancing

From start to finish my whole experience was an enjoyable one. A member of staff by the name of 'ST CLAIRE' served me. Very polite and helpful. An asset to your company and the dreams store in Botley.
