St Clair was friendly, highly knowledgeable, all round great salesmen and we enjoyed interacting with him. This greatly contributed to our satisfaction with the final purchase as we felt very confident in our choice thanks to his support.

The sales assistant who helped us was very quick and knowledgable about the products we were looking for. He gave us advice and helped push the delivery date forward for us. We were very satisfied in buying our bed and mattress from him. The store was empty thankfully so we had no problems with social distancing or cleanliness issues.

There was a very slight glitch when placing the order but this was not due to service from either members of staff we dealt with Jeff and St Claire. There was an issue with our address being processed. This necessitated a return to the store and on both occasions the service was top notch from both staff members mentioned. Although the problem was not in store they were very apologetic that we needed to re visit the store. When ordering our beds St Claire was very knowledgeable and the advice he offered enabled us to make the right choice of mattresses to suit the divans we were choosing. We would have chosen mattresses that were clearly not suitable and we felt his advice saved us a costly mistake. He was clear in explaining why as well. We left feeling very confident that we had been given excellent advice. Excellent customer service all round.We look forward to our delivery early October.
