We arrived on a sunday to look at mattresses. We were asked if we would like to try the sleep match machine. We were asked if we would like to grab a pillow and try a couple of mattresses. 1st one was perfect but tried 2 others to be sure. Due to the expense we felt we needed to think about it. The following day we returned and bought the mattress in a king size unfortunately the wait time on the bed we wanted made us choose a more expensive bed than planned. The assistant was lovely and made us feel welcomed and was doing his best to make us feel special.

The sales person we saw got it just right. There to give any assistance or facts we needed but also gave us space to think and discuss. Excellent.
