Dreams - Oxford

I like shopping in Dreams Oxford simply because of Mr.St Clair.He is a very comfortable person to be around while choosing products. Because of his professional manner it brought us back to the shop having purchased a mattress last time.When you enter the shop and see this very friendly person it gives you confidence because of his warmth and charm He makes the difference and is the reason I would would always come back to your store thank you.

WE were the only customers in the shop and had the full attention and assistance of the assistance / manager. He was helpful, polite and informative.

Jeff (Oxford Dreams) was truly great. He was quick to respond to our presence in the store despite being in conversation with other customers. He honoured all Covid-19 protocol and was respectful of this. He listened well to our requests and his response was detailed and accurate, showing clear knowledge of both the products and services Dreams offered. He was polite and friendly, engaging in conversation and after a visit to a competitor we returned to make a purchase due to the quality of his service. We felt confident in his recommendation of product and were very grateful for this due to spending a significant sum of money.

Customer service man kept following us around the shop and edging in to our conversation which I felt was very rude but in the end he did manage to get me a bed which I hope I find more comfortable

We arrived on a sunday to look at mattresses. We were asked if we would like to try the sleep match machine. We were asked if we would like to grab a pillow and try a couple of mattresses. 1st one was perfect but tried 2 others to be sure. Due to the expense we felt we needed to think about it. The following day we returned and bought the mattress in a king size unfortunately the wait time on the bed we wanted made us choose a more expensive bed than planned.
