Given the current Pandemic the procedures in place all around the store were some of the best I have encountered. Staff were always keeping an eye on everyone and diverting them to another route should it be that they would come into contact with another customer/sales person. I had gone in with the specific idea of doing the 3 minute sleep test. So comfortable I could have fallen asleep there and then. Very quickly given an idea of the mattresses which would fit the profile from the sleep test. Asked about price range and was able to test those within the price range and choose the one most suitable. Absolutely no hard sell on anything which I personally hate. I think that all sales people seemed approachable, but St Clair who wasa assisting me was really helpful, chatty and a great sense of humour. Came away having ordered exactly what I wanted and glad I did given that Christmas deadlines for delivery before Christmas are close to full. The pillow which I was given to try on the mattresses which again was sanitised after each use was so comfortable I ended up ordering one of those. Thank you Dreams, definitely not the first and won't be the last visit to Dreams. :)

Haroon was welcoming, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. The mattress tester quickly determined the best type of mattress for me, and Haroon was able to show me a great range of options. I quickly found a perfect mattress, and I can't wait to be able to sleep on it.
