Dreams - Oxford

Mr St Clair quickly came to us to help us chose the perfect mattress for us. We eventually ended up buying 2 amazing pillows and we got a quote for a mattress and a bed frame which we may buy in the following days for when we move in 3 months from now to our new apartment. St Clair was very knowledgeable, and he quickly answered us all our questions. We learnt a lot throughout our stay and the whole customer experience was phenomenal. Would highly recommend Dreams to anyone.

Robert served us and he was extremely friendly, helpful and really knew his stuff. I was dreading buying a newe mattress as it always feels like it is so hit and miss, but Robert really helped in laying out the options. He is brilliant

I had recently had a bad experience with Bensons due too the indifference of the store manager who served me. To date the experience at Dreams (St Clair was the salesperson) has been excellent with product knowlede and the short lead time for delivery. Of course I have not received the bed yet so hope I receive required support if there are any issues

We have previously purchased a bed from Dreams and we have been highly satisfied which prompted me to return again. The sales person who assisted me this time was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and I didn't feel the need to rush to make a decision. Very happy once again.

Geoff spent a lot of time helping me choose a bed, bed head and mattress to fit into my budget. He was knowledgeable and helpful and I am very happy with my new bed. Coffee was great too.
