Staff very friendly offered us a bottle of water.

i was attended to straight away and the purchase was made very very straight forward. the store was well laid out.

The colleague who assisted me was highly professional, very helpful when I was looking for the right mattress and also gave me space and time to test all the mattresses recommended by the sleep match technology. I felt at ease and not pressured to rush my decision making. We thoroughly went through my order a few times to make sure everything was correct before proceeding to pay deposit, this was great since we spotted an error in the colour of bed and corrected it.

St Clair was very helpful and we were given all the information we needed to find the right beds for us.The next day we decided to upgrade the mattresses, and this was done over the phone without any fuss.

The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products.

We visited the Botley Rd store in Oxford and were helped by St Clair who was very informative and helped us decide which bed and mattress would be suitable for us. We tend to buy from people rather than a company and St Clair was knowledgable about the products but also had a great sense of humour and customer service. It was a pleasure to do business with him.
