The store assistant was very helpful in showing us what products was available for us to purchase.

As soon as we entered the store we felt welcomed the assistant asked what are needs where and guided us to make the right decision We where put under no pressure the whole experience was made quite a pleasure in making a hard decision in purchasing a very important item

Friendly helpful staff giving good advice

Staff were very welcoming when entering the store and provided useful advise and recommendations that helped me find the right product that meet my needs and budget. They also offered bottle water when browsing round the shop which was nice to receive.

Good product - friendly service - wasn’t rushed etc - had time to look at all products

George was the perfect salesman. He listens to our needs. Helped myself and my partner with any questions. Explained how the mattress chooser machine worked and explained everything in detail. He explained why we may be having neck issues and made sure that we had the correct pillow for testing out the beds. We soon got down to two mattresses and he was always making sure they were clean and sanitised. We knew which frame we wanted but he still went though the details with us. Once we decided we went away to discuss over lunch. When we came back George was with another customer but we were warmly greeted by another member of staff. George did come back over to discuss things with us once his other customers were looking around. We then went through the paperwork and were handed over to the store manager Jeff (I think) he was equally as friendly and helpful answering any questions we had on the payment and financing side. All in all the Oxford team were amazing. Made sure we had water, answered any questions we had, sanitised everything and made sure we felt safe. I couldn’t fault anything at all. Perfect store with perfect staff.
