Rob helped us from the start and went through options and we tried the bed and was told we both needed a firm mattress then we chose the ottoman base I tried it to check if I could lift it and I could. we were very pleased with our purchase and delivery in six days. I had chosen a bed and when I wanted to buy it, the price for different parts of the bed was separate and that confusing. It would be better if the staff explain the prices before I make my mind.

Your sales assistant Sinclair was friendly and really helpful. We were not intending to order at the time we visited the store but because of his open and friendly manner we decided to order there and then

Everyone in the store were very helpful and welcoming. Speed of delivery was excellent and delivered on time, with two very helpful colleagues who built the bed.

From the moment I walked through the door and was greeted my Robert to the moment I left the store it was a great experience. Robert was welcoming, knowledgeable, not pushy and giving me plenty of time to choose the right mattress for me. The choice of mattresses was great and the store layout was just right. Although there were other customers in the store at the same time at no point did I feel unsafe with social distancing, masks etc adhered to by everyone. I was offered bottled water whilst I waited to have my order put through and had a lovely chat with Robert and another colleague about our pet dogs and cats. I’d definately recommend Dreams to my friends and wouldn’t hesitate to return to this store for future purchases. A big thank you from me
