As soon as we walked into our local dreams store we were greeted by Robert who was extremely welcoming. He was very friendly, he understood our needs and he made the whole process very easy from start to finish. We felt very safe in store and everything was very easy. Robert was extremely knowledgeable and his help choosing our bed was very professional.

Haroon was brilliant very helpful and excellent salesman nothing was too much trouble .very kind and patient as we are pensioners and helped us a lot .from Mary white .

As soon we entered the store at Botley, we were welcomed and treated with the respect from the start. We had a look around the store which was clean and tidy, and noticed the level of covid cleaning going on which was reassuring. We were taken to the test bed machine which was awesome, and from there shown the mattress types we needed. The salesman was very helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy. It was nice to be treated like a person and not just a customer. Excellent service
