We were assisted and at no time hassled The salesman was proactive and helpful There was an impressive range/choice to try.

Haroom was friendly and professional and spent time with us to help us decide on a mattress and also gave advise when appropriate. The mattress test machine with Joanna Page's voiceover gave us confidence and a feeling of familiarity to the whole process. He greeted us on arrival and made us feel welcome and did not pressure a sale but offered alternative products when we realised the one we choose would not fit up our narrow staircase. Having not received the mattress yet can’t comment on that, but as we have a month to try it any problems we know it can be returned. It would have been better to have a longer warranty but overall can’t fault our experience.

We visited the Oxford Dreams Store in Botley on the 10th July and were greeted at the door by Robert who was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Upon entering the store we sanitised our hands for which Robert thanked us for. Robert then asked how he could be of assistance. We explained our requirements to Robert who then proceeded to show us through the range of products in store that matched our needs. Robert was knowledgable, articulate and friendly and could not have made our visit any more perfect right even to offering us complimentary bottles of water. The visit culminated in a purchase of a bed frame of over a £1000 which we did not hesitate about purchasing as we had complete assurance from Robert. This is the best service we have ever received from Dreams in Oxford, and we highly commend Robert and his customer service which was perfect. Keep it up!

Very helpful and friendly staff

We visited your Oxford branch and was helped by a lovely gentleman. His name is Haroon he was very helpful and understanding to our needs he showed us the display beds on which we was describing to him and he was patient with us. Also was very happy with the social distancing that was taken place in this branch. Even though Haroon was the gentleman who served us it was highly refreshing that the other store colleagues was there to make our experience in your store rememberable (was happy to have a laugh and joke with us) Thank you dreams for training your staff to be lovely kind workers

Straight away we were approached by a friendly member of staff, we told him our budget and what we were thought we were looking for. He recommended that we try the Sleepmatch and found out we both needed a medium mattress. He showed us one within our budget that we were very impressed with and even threw in two free pillows and a free summer duvet.

Robert very knowledgably and helpful and took time to identify our requirements and provide suitable options

Service provided by staff member St.Clare at the Oxford store was superb.
