Dreams - Oxford

Me and my partner visited the store twice. First time it was St Clair who helped us to find the best mattress for our needs. Really loved the experience of the detector which gave us the result for the best fit mattress. The second day it was Jeff the store manager who dealt with us and we had a change of heart about the bed frame we picked he was very helpful on doing the changes and not at all annoyed with us.

I've mentioned this in a google review also, but the quality of the entire experience was very high. Jeff and Josh both did a fantastic job of helping my partner and I to find the perfect bed(s) - we got to test a pretty rad bed selection device that scanned our body, spent a good amount of time testing beds from several price tiers to get a really thorough understanding of what we were testing. There were refreshments, considered covid measures, and some discounts at the end courtesy of Jeff who was extremely comprehensive in taking care us. Josh is new but clearly knows what he's doing and was a real joy to interact with. We entered the store without a clear idea of what we wanted and left absolutely delighted with our purchases. Josh even helped us fit everything into the car. Couldn't have been better, honestly.

Robert was friendly and helpful. He explained the mattresses in details and went through my 'invoice' items in detail.

We were served by St Clair, he was a great help both when we visited the Botley store and then on the phone the next day when we decided to order. Very polite, personal and was able to answer all my questions. Great experience

When I entered the store I was greeted by Joshua, who was very welcoming. He showed me around the store and got me to do a test where I lay on this bed and it measure my sleep pattern and to see which bed is good for me. He was very professional. Sinclair also assist me in choosing the right bed and mattress cover/protection. Jeff help to put the order through and he also did the financial plan. Overall, from the moment I went into the store until I left the atmosphere was wonderful, the staffs was very friendly and they all carried out their job at a very high standard. I will definitely go back to that store. It's very covid safe as well. To all the staff keep up the great work.

All staff very friendly and helpful. All questions answered and never felt like I was a bother.

The customer support and knowledge of the staff was amazing. We had a sleep much simulator first which helped us understand the right type of mattress and then with the right guidance we tried a few mattresses and found the right type at the end.

Greeted by Jeff who proceeded to explain how we would be taken through the options that were on offer and how Covid-19 regulations were implemented. Josh assisted in showing us the test bed to indicate what suited us best. We were then shown various options to help with our choice. All carried out very well.
