The store manager who dealt with me was exceptionall helpful knowledgeable and friendly and through out my visit helped and guided me all the way through . I left feeling very happy that he took the time I needed never once trying to rush me or show that he was not bothered if I purchased or not . As I’d been in another different bed store previously I felt they were not customer friendly or showed any sign of caring for you as a customer . When I went into dreams I felt completely at ease with the sales person who showed he had experience in customer satisfaction I would highly recommend that dreams store .

Having not bought a mattress for at least 15 years, the sales man patiently answered my questions ,was very knowledgeable and helpful.

We knew we needed a mattress and after a little research we thought we might want a combination one. St Clair (hopefully got the name right) offered assistance to us quickly upon entering the store and patiently took us through every step we needed to go through to make a decision. We are very happy with the new mattress and even took home 2 extra pillows all suited to our price range.

Our assistant Robert was very knowledgeable & helpful. Nothing was too much for Robert, he went above & beyond & we never felt pressured into a hard sell like other shops. The bed was for our son & he took the time to speak to him directly & find out exactly what he needed & encouraged him to try the mattresses & talk him through all the options. He paid attention to what we were talking about & made the sale more personal, wishing my son a happy birthday for the following day as we left

Robert has the customer service needed in that kind of store. He greeted us as soon as we entered the door and give as all the information needed, helped us to find the perfect match for our sleep. Thumbs-up for that.

The store manager Jeff did a great job in helping me find the correct mattress and bed, as well as pillows and duvet.
