We knew what bed frame we wanted, but with the huge selection of matteresses made it complex and difficult to know which is the right one. Your sales rep put us on your special machine that gave us a much reduced choice based on our sleep patterns. Then directed us to try several of the selected ones. Extremely helpful!

The assistant was brilliant . He helped us in a timely & professional manner. Listened to what we wanted inline with our budget but most importantly gave us enough space when needed. The dreams machine which takes your age, health issues a sleep orientation was really helpful and tastefully used. A nice touch being offered a water as we had been out and about for a while. One of our best shopping experiences in quite some time. Thank you.
