Great help from Robert, quick easily process to find the right mattresses for us

The member of staff (Geoff) who helped us was absolutely brilliant. We were on our way to another bed shop but saw the sign for Dreams and popped in just to have a cursory look. He offered help without being pushy ( my husband would have fled ) and then suggested we try the mattress machine to match us to the right mattress. Again, he wasn’t pushy but sold my husband the idea as time-saving. Suffice to say - it worked! We bought a mattress, then a bed, then a pair of the expensive pillows like the ones we had borrowed to trial the mattresses. We are both really thrilled with the mattress and the pillows as we feel we wouldn’t have found them without your member of staff’s knowledge both about the products - and how not to overwhelm reluctant male shoppers….a different approach would have seen my husband ( and therefore me) beat a hasty retreat.

We were welcomed into the store on arrival, asked if we needed any assistance and on replying yes we were attended to in a friendly but very professional manner. We talked through the various options of what were available for the item we were looking for and when we had made our choice it was dealt with very quickly and left highly satisfied.

The store assistant Robert was very friendly and accomedating. Ease of ordering was great. Setup the purchase in store, paid over the phone later with ease.

St Clair greeted us as we walked in the store and made us feel welcome. He was helpful and informative without being pushy. All seemed very organised and well prepared. We felt a bit awkward about lying on beds, but it was fine.
