All my questions were answered and the advice offered was satisfactory. I left the shop feeling I had got what I wanted and extra such as mattress protector.

I was well looked after by Jeff the store manager, he took time to take me through lots of options for the beds I required.

Haroon made me feel welcome and was helpful without forcing products. I knew what I needed and he helped me decide the right things for me. He organised the delivery and collection of my old bed base and mattresses quickly and efficiently.

The manager who served us was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful

St Clare was extremely friendly and funny very efficient. First bed shop we visited and didn’t need to go anywhere else . Even given a bottle of water! 2 very satisfied customers.

Because when we explained our requirements the sales assistant knew what to show us.

Helpful but not pushy salesman

Jeff, the staff member I dealt with, was fabulous. He took time to listen to my needs & concerned and offered me the opportunity to try different products before making a decision. I did not feel rushed or pressured in any way, unlike my experience in similar retailers

The service we received was great - the person was very knowledgeable and very patient, even though we put in the order just before the shop was closing. They let us stay, gave us some water and we were able to proceed with the sale.
