We had had a very bad experience with a competitor and explained this on arrival. The customer assistant was friendly and took time to explain the options.. We were looked after throughout, given ample time to try out mattresses aswell as private time to discuss. At no point did we feel pushed out pressured into a sale and overall the experience was very pleasant

St Clair greeted us when we came into the store. He asked if he could help and then left us to browse but was there as soon as he thought we needed help or advice and listened to our needs . We didn’t feel pressured or “sold to” at any point during our visit.

The staff was friendly, offered a cup of tea. Made the experience very easy.
