Dreams - Oxford

Haroon was great from the moment we stepped into store. We used the sleep machine thing which was quick and felt clean, and witnessed it being cleaned after we used it which gave me confidence that Covid was taken seriously in store. Haroon gave us a few options to try out to understand what our needs were but also gave us space and stepped away whilst we tried out the beds ourselves. When we were ready to place an order, Haroon was there straight away, offering water and a seat, and it was a quick easy process. He took us through our options of payment and he got us booked in for a delivery nice and quick too.

Staff greeted us immediately on our arrival and listened to what we wanted and guided us through our choice.

The store manager was well informed, but also willing to speak honestly about his products so that we did not end up dis-satisfied later. We had driven in after checking online that you had a suitable product at the right price for us, so initially to then have made the journey to the store, to find we could not make the purchase but drive away with the product as we needed to there and then was frustrating. So he spent time talking us through and showing us alternatives that we could drive away with. It was a compromise but it was also a solution.

Sales manager Haroon at Oxford branch was very helpful and attentive. He was patient too, as well as giving being flexible with proving when the only available mattresss was the display mattress

The gentleman that served me was incredibly kind and really listened to what I needed.

I was catered to my needs by the worker very efficiently.

Given great advice and information, but left to make the decision ourselves. Didn’t feel rushed or pressured.

The service was very good. The member of staff we dealt with Haroon, was very good. Very helpful and knowledgeable.

Robert was very friendly and helpful, without being over bearing. Allowed us to test beds independently but was available to help when needed.
