Both colleagues that assisted me were very helpful and friendly, I felt understood and not pressured. It was my first time purchasing a bed and it was a great experience.

The store's salesman appeared both experienced and knowledgeable, answering my questions without hesitation. I was also very impressed with the computerised bed that assists in finding a selection of suitable mattresses.

The Sleep Match machine is great! However, the very best thing was the assistant - St Clair - who was helpful, knowledgeable and an absolute delight to meet.

We were looked after by Stclair in the Oxford branch. Really helpful and knowledgable of the products. We really liked the no pressure approach, he took all the time we needed, he was courteous to other customers when he was dealing with us and answered their questions while still maintaining attention on us. The analysis component of the purchase was really nice too, I now not everything can be pure science but it was a nice touch!

First of all, there were many mattresses to choose from...and the quality was very good. The consultant Jeff (very nice, offered me a bottle of water) was open right up front about the cost of each one and the features of each one. He didn't push the most expensive item on me, but he considered the needs that I expressed. I found the Sleepmatch analysis helpful, but mostly it was Jeff's knowledge of the items and his explanation of their benefits. He took me through the purchase process quickly in consideration of my time constraints, and yet he explained each point when I had a question. I also like the protection plan offered.
